Bridget is a relator and a developer. She values genuine positivity and happiness, and finds immeasurable joy in spreading and amplifying both in those around her. Bridget’s strengths are creating and maintaining meaningful connections rooted in empathy, adapting to situations while accepting them in a positive way with a commitment to make the best of them, and never leaving a good dose of humor out of things.
As Theory of Me's Chief Experience Officer, Bridget is responsible for overseeing the experience strategy for each of our customers. Her background in Learning and Organizational Development and Employee Experience ensure that the program created for our clients is aligned to their goals and organizational mission. Her passion in facilitation also keeps her at the forefront of client programs, facilitating multi-day retreats and train-the-trainer programs.
