As Theory of Me's Chief Operating Officer, Adam is responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of the company continues to bring life-changing value and programs to our clients. As a Division 1 collegiate athlete (basketball), Division 3 Head Coach (basketball) for over 4 years, and Varsity high school coach (basketball) for over 4 years, his passion is in driving team-level and department-wide behavior change for financial and personal success.
