Check your inbox on Sunday morning. Drop the ingredient list right into your grocery delivery service (or head to the store if you wish!) and follow along to cook once and create two main meals, two side dishes and one dessert. Prep time is always under 60 minutes! 

Our menus do not follow any specific dietary guidelines, but we do prioritize cooking for health and longevity with a focus on maximizing your energy. Each menu (if not already vegetarian) will include substitution suggestions.
