My Story
Jackie is an experienced director with a demonstrated history of successfully rolling out wellbeing programs to enterprise-wide clients. She began her career working under Dr. Michael Roizen, the Chief Wellness Officer at the Cleveland Clinic. Here, she moved from health coaching into a consultative role where she found her passion to help organizations improve overall population health. From there, Jackie became the Wellness Manager at a Cleveland based Fortune 100 company where she met her partner in Theory of Me. Her experience in managing from the employer level is what gives Jackie a unique consultative approach when helping our clients.

Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary with a focus on Human Performance. She is certified as a Health & Human Performance Facilitator (Human Performance Institute), Nutrition Therapist Master (Nutrition Therapy Institute), and Wim Hof Method Instructor (Wim Hof Method), and has used these credentials in recent years to develop impactful coaching programs and foster sustainable behavior change in thousands of individuals. Jackie has facilitated over 6,500 hours of content for participants through in-person, virtual, and live sessions.

Off the Clock

Outside of work, Jackie stays active with her favorite outdoor activities, snow skiing and hiking. Her favorite ski run is Vail’s Lovers Leap in Blue Sky Basin, one that she “yard sale’d” down more times than she would like to admit before ever enjoying it! Her favorite hike is the Royal Arch in Boulder, Colorado. Despite clearly loving Colorado, her heart is in Cleveland with her partner Brandon and 3 boys Nolan, Bennett and Austin. When they aren’t at basketball and baseball games, you can find them hitting the local trails of the Metroparks and biking Towpath trail!
Fun Fact/Unique Skill:

Jackie has 68 first cousins, all of whom she knows and keeps in touch with!
